TX Congressman Francisco Canseco To Deliver GOP’s Spanish Retort To State Of The Union

Republican Congressman Francisco “Quico” Canseco is set to deliver the party’s State of the Union response in Spanish tonight after President Barack Obama’s speech. Canseco was elected to Congressional District 23 in 2010, is the son of immigrants from Mexico and is from the border town of Laredo. In a statement he said:
