►Monday’s numbers
43.8 – The percentage of workers aged 58 or older who work in physically demanding or difficult working conditions.
60.7 – The percentage of Latino workers aged 58 or older who work in physically demanding or difficult working conditions.
81.4 – The percentage of older workers without a high school diploma who work in demanding jobs.
61 – The percentage of older workers with only a high school diploma who work in demanding jobs.
63.5 – The percentage of workers in the bottom one-fifth of the earnings spectrum who work in difficult jobs.
67 – The retirement age for Social Security benefits for persons born in 1960 and later. The leading edge of the 67 retirement age is 56 years-old this year.

►Alaska, Hawaii and Washington state primary results
The big winner this weekend was Bernie Sanders. He trounced Hillary Clinton in all three primary states: he got 81 percent of the vote in Alaska; 69.8 percent in Hawaii, and 72.2 percent in Washington.
On the GOP side it was a toss-up. Ted Cruz and Donald Trump ended in a virtual tie ion Alaska; Trump beat Cruz in Hawaii with 42.4 percent of the vote and Washington will hold a GOP primary Caucus on May 24.
That leave the delegate count like this, according to Real Clear Politics:
- Clinton – 1712
- Sanders – 1004
*2382 needed to win
- Trump – 739
- Cruz – 465
- Kasich – 143
*1237 needed to win
