I heard these guys last year – they opened for Los Lobos on a cool summer evening (I know, a rarity in San Antonio) at Plaza Guadalupe. They’re called Bombasta, and they’re billed as a barriobigband, give ‘em a listen, you’ll know why. They almost blew the windows out of the neighbors’ houses.

These guys get a groove going y es puro San Anto!
