Feed the Models: Estás Muy Flaca, Mi’ja

As far back as I can remember, I’ve lived a parallel life:  considered not skinny enough by popular American wisdom and somehow simultaneously considered too skinny by my abuelitas. Although I suppose I’ll never find a happy medium between these two extremes, I was looking at a beautiful slideshow from Fashion Week of designer Prabal Gurung’s work and was so distracted from his great clothing by the wispy models.

Doesn’t the look in their eyes scream, “Feed me!”? Will no one feed these poor girls?  My abuelitas would have a field day with these poor creatures…
