Latinas Open Businesses at 6 Times National Average

Latinas are quite the businesswomen, it turns out. According to a combination survey/Census analysis by the Hispanic Association for Corporate Responsibility, Latinas are opening businesses at a rate six times the national average.

Specifically, they are the fastest-growing group of small business owners nationwide and own more than 750,000 businesses across the country to the tune of $50 billion in revenue. This makes for 37% of all Latino-owned businesses.
