Mid-Week Mexi Breakfast…

Basic migas with refried pintos (for the bean recipe, click here).  I didn’t even put onion in these puppies, just egg, tortillas, sal y pimienta with a little Tapatí­o for good measure.  See?  Vegetarianism can be scrumptious!  What’s your favorite migas recipe?
