Russell Pearce Vies For Another Elected Post In Arizona

On January 28 at the Arizona Republican Party mandatory meeting former Senate President Russell Pearce — SB 1070 sponsor who was recalled last year for his trouble — is set to seek another elected position.

The Yellow Sheet in Arizona reported that Pearce is seeking to be elected to first vice chair of the state Republican party. He has one competitor for the post, Diane Ortiz-Parsons.
