Romney’s “Self Deport” Policy Comes Straight From SB 1070 Author

Mitt Romney’s recent “self-deportation” solution to immigration made headlines. Essentially this was his answer to the immigration question, to remove any reason for immigrants to stay, thus forcing them to go home.

This philosophy comes directly from anti-immigrant activists such as SB 1070 author Kris Kobach, who endorsed Romney (which made the candidate “proud“).

So this is the take away: Romney’s immigration policy is coming from the man who wrote SB 1070. Here’s the video:
