“Venezuela in Crisis: What Happens Next?” Google Hangout Today

Latino Giant and the Center for Democracy and Development in the Americas will be hosting a Millennial Web Talk Google Hangout titled “Venezuela in Crisis: What Happens Next?” today at 8:30 PM EST.

The panelists will feature advocates, professionals and students who are close to the crisis in Venezuela and well-informed about the issues that are being presented. Panelists will include Leopoldo J. Martinez, Chairman & CEO of the Center for Democracy and Development in the Americas, La Opinion journalist Pilar Marrerro, Co-Founder of VotoDondeSea Foundation, Vanessa Duran, Latinovations own Dakar Lanzino, Oriana Pina, M.A. Candidate, International Affairs, The George Washington University and Edgar Romero, M.A. Candidate, Public Administration, Instituto De Estudios Superiores De Administracion. In addition, the hangout will be moderated by Founder of Latino Giant and Latinovations Associate, Jose Aristimuno.

During the hangout, the panelists will address the most important questions relating to the current protests that are taking place in Venezuela. The tough questions will be addressed: from the involvement of the international community, to the status on the ground, and what happens next. Via Google Hangout video-conference, participants will have the opportunity to watch, chat, tweet, and comment. The hangout will be recorded and accessible via Latino Giant.
